Eligibility for Return & Refund
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong product or size
- The item delivered is different from what was ordered
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Item should be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase / invoice is required

Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged online only
- Item must be unused with price tag attached
- Purchase invoice is mandatory for exchange
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
For all exchange requests, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping charges.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item and request a full refund.
- Refund will be processed after product inspection
- Item must meet all return conditions
- Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable
Non-Refundable Items
